SPRINGFIELD SKILLED CARE CENTER offers insurance and Government assistance programs for those who qualify. Our Admissions and Social Services Departments will provide necessary information to assist you with the optimal form of payment. Springfield Skilled Care Center and The Lodges does not refuse services to anyone because of race, creed, sex, religion, national origin or disability.

24-Hour Skilled Nursing IV Therapy
Housekeeping Pain Management
Three nutritious meals daily plus snacks Nutritional consultation/special diets
Personal care Resident/Family education
Personal laundry including linens Access to religious services
Variety and wide range of activities Psychologist consultation
Physical, speech, and Occupational Therapies Hospice Care
Dental, optometry, and podiatry services Mental Health Therapists
Free transportation to and from appointments Social Services

Note: Any medical services that are needed such as dental, optometry, podiatry, psychiatric, or any therapy is not included in the monthly cost. However, some of these services are covered partially if not 100% by Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance.
